This policy applies to paid financial planning consultations and related planning services agreed in writing. General website use is free.
Eligibility
Refunds are considered when we cancel a session, when you cancel within the allowed window below, or when we cannot deliver the agreed service.
Cancellation and rescheduling by you
- More than 72 hours before a confirmed session: full refund of any prepaid fee, or one free reschedule.
- 24–72 hours before: 50% refund or reschedule at our discretion.
- Less than 24 hours or no-show: no refund; prepaid amounts are forfeited except where Thai consumer law requires otherwise.
Proposed timeframes — pending business confirmation.
Cancellation by us
If we must cancel, you receive a full refund or priority reschedule at no extra charge.
Work already started
For multi-session engagements, fees for completed sessions are non-refundable. Unused prepaid balances for future sessions may be refunded pro-rata minus documented costs already incurred.
Non-refundable items
Third-party fees (government filings, wire charges) and bespoke research already delivered are non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Email info@service-trailbase.click with your name, session date, and payment reference. We respond within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible.
Deposits
Deposits hold your calendar slot and follow the same cancellation windows unless your written quote states otherwise.
Exceptions
Force majeure events may warrant rescheduling without penalty; refunds are evaluated case by case.
